Day 2 - Sightseeing in the Kathmandu Valley.
After a filling breakfast, your sightseeing tour will begin at 8.30 a.m. You will have access to a private vehicle as well as a professional tour guide. Today we will visit some heritages listed below:
Pashupatinath Temple:
Pashupatinath Temple, located on the banks of the Bagmati River, is one of the most important Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva in the world. Though you are not permitted to enter the temple because it is strictly for Hindus only, you can observe the temple and its activities from the eastern bank of the Bagmati River. It is a world-famous square two-tiered pagoda temple built on a single-tier pedestal.
Boudhanath Stupa:
Boudhananath is one of the holiest Buddhist sites in Kathmandu. It was built in the 5th century with four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four cardinal directions keeping an eternal watch over the people and their doings. You will find Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet going around the stupa spinning the prayer wheels.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square:
Explore Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Bhupatindra Malla's Royal Residential Quarter, the famed five-story Nyatapola temple in Pagoda style, Batsala temple, Bhairavnath temple, Dattatreya temple, Pujari Muth, and the Palace with 55 Windows.
The rest of our time in Kathmandu is open for more exploration and last-minute trekking supplies purchasing in Thamel.
Day 3 - Drive to Arughat Bazar (561 M) Approx 7 Hours.
You will have a scenic drive to Arughat after your breakfast. After reaching the Arughat Bazar, you can explore around.
Day 4 - To Sundi Khola (720 M) – Trek Approx 6 Hours.
After breakfast, we will cross the Budi Gandaki and ascend to Kyoropani before descending to Sundi Khola. We won't be going for a long walk today because we'll be walking slowly. You are welcome to swim in the river if you so like.
Day 5 - To Machha Khola (900 M) – Trek Approx 6 Hours.
We'll walk through small settlements and hills before we enter the valley's widening, from which we can see a large tributary of the Budi Gandaki meeting on the other side. We will meet Lapbesi if we continue walking. We'll proceed uphill for a few hours until we reach Machha Khola, where we'll camp for the night.
Day 6 - To Jagat (1,410 M) – Trek Approx 6 Hours.
Today we will trek for 7 hours from Machha Khola to Jagat. The trail is difficult and a little narrow in some areas. We'll pass a small forest after a short walk and cross it to reach Doban. We'll travel another couple of hours from Doban to the fields of Jagat, where we'll set up camp for the night.
Day 7 - To Deng (1,800 M) – Trek Approx 7 Hours.
This morning, we'll start our journey by descending many stairs to the river, from where we'll begin climbing a terraced hill to Aguilera. The Sringi Himal is visible from the summit of Aguilera Hill (7187m). The path splits after a short distance, with the right branch heading towards Ganesh Himal and crossing the river at Gata Khola. We will walk upstream through the gorge and high cliffs. After walking for 7 hours, we reach the village of Deng overnight.
Day 8 - To Dhap (2,040 M) – Trek Approx 5 Hours.
Today, we'll begin walking through the most spectacular valley. We'll pass through Lama Village and see several Mani walks. After about 4 hours of walking, we arrive in Dhap, where we will camp for the night. There has been a noticeable shift in the environment and society.
Day 9 - To Lho (3,150 M) – Trek Approx 7 Hours.
Today's walk will take us through alpine terrain with rising mountain views as we cross the Budi Gandaki - we'll pass the permitting point. We'll climb steadily until we hit Sho, a Tibetan village at 3000 meters above sea level. From this lovely village, we can see Manaslu North and then Manaslu. After walking for around one hour from Sho, we reach Lho, a beautiful village at 3100 m, where we can see lots of Mani walls, monasteries, and small chortens.
Day 10 - To Sama Gaon (3,500 M) – Trek Approx 5 Hours.
As we leave the village, we continue along the river's right side, with views of Peak 29 ahead. We soon enter the fields of Sama Gaon, 3500m, for overnight camping as we continue on the main trail.

Today is a free day for you to relax and acclimate. In the afternoon, you should spend some time exploring and walking around the village.
Day 12 - To Dharamshala (4,450 M) – Trek Approx 7 Hours.
Today you will be surrounded by mountains on your trek, and the view of Mount Manaslu is particularly impressive. We arrive at Sumdu, the valley's last permanent settlement, after crossing to the east bank of the river. We arrive at the ruins of Larkya Bazaar, an abandoned settlement. With Tibet lying over the Gya La, this village likely thrived as a trading post. The trade seems to have dried up, causing the settlers to flee. We enter a lodge at 4450m as we approach the Larkya Glacier, which was designed to serve travelers crossing the Larkya La.
Day 13 - To Tanbuche (3,855 M) – Trek Approx 10 Hours.
We'll walk uphill for half an hour to get to the north side of the Larkya Glaciers. The Cho Danda and Larkya Peak can be seen from this vantage point. We walk across the glacier and then descend steadily for a while, with the pass becoming steeper and steeper as we descend. The Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kanggaru, and the massive Annapurna II can all be seen from the pass. To reach the Ablation Valley trail to Larcia Kharka, there is a sharp drop across snow followed by a screen. A moraine ridge trail leads to Tanbuche (3900m) farther up.
Day 14 - To Karche (2,785 M) – Trek Approx 5 Hours.
We'll start descending the Burdin Khola after crossing the pasture fields. As we cross a ridge, Manaslu to the southeast and Annapurna II to the southwest appear to be quite impressive. We'll take a narrow trail through a rhododendron forest and then through a narrow valley until we reach Karche (2785 m), where we'll spend the night.
Day 15 - To Bagarchap (2,300 M) – Trek Approx 5 Hours.
We'll start hiking the Annapurna Circuit today. We'll walk through the Karche La pass and see a lush and heavily forested valley ahead of us, falling to the Marshyangdi River in the distance. We arrive in Bagarchap, a Tibetan village with prayer flags, where we will stay in a tented camp for the night
Day 16 - To Chame (2,650 M) Approx 5 Hours.
After breakfast, we will begin walking through pine and oak woods, passing through Dhanakyu. We'll continue walking to Ratamron through the rhododendron forest once we've passed the steep incline. After a couple of hours of walking through the hills, we'll arrive at the hamlet of Kotho, where we can gaze directly up at nearby Annapurna II, confirming that we're deep in the Himalayan Mountains. After fifteen minutes of walking, we will come across a fir and pine forest, which we will walk through to reach Chame, our overnight destination.
Day 17 - To Pisang (3,250 M) – Trek Approx 6 Hours.
We leave with the sunrise over the Lamjung Himal (6893 m) and travel to Pisang, our overnight stop for today. We'll walk through barley fields, mountain passes, apple orchards, and small towns before we reach Bratang, a pristine hamlet. We'll continue on the trail for another 3 hours, with spectacular views of Annapurna II, before we reach Pisang village.
Day 18 - Hike to Manang (3,540 M) – Trek Approx 6 Hours.

After some time on the trail, we arrive at a vantage point from which we can see Annapurna III's northeast face. We'll go on via the Sabje Khola Valley and see Annapurna IV, which stands at 7525 meters. We go on, crossing a wooden bridge as the Marshyangdi Khola gushes below us, until arriving in Mungji village. We continue downhill until we reach Manang, with a panoramic view of Annapurna II, III, IV, Gangapurna (7455m), and Tilicho Peak (7134m) in the backdrop.
Day 19 - To Thorung Phedi (4,500 M) – Trek Approx 6 Hours.
We gradually ascend a hill after leaving Letdar before descending to the Marshyangdi headwaters and crossing a covered wooden bridge. We follow a narrow trail through an unstable steep slope and then descend to Thorung Phedi after a quick climb up the mountain path on the right bank.
Day 20 - To Muktinath (3,800 M) – Trek Approx 9 Hours.
Today is the most exciting day of the trek because we will be passing the highest mountain pass in the world, the Thorung La (5416 m). For the climb and subsequent descent, we'll get started early. Since it has been used by locals, the trail is steep but well-defined and easy to follow. For the next four hours, the trek is uphill and difficult before we enter a location with prayer flags and a small stupa/chorten. The majestic snow-capped mountains, Mustang Hills, and Kali Gandaki Valley can all be seen from the top. We begin our descent to Muktinath after a brief rest (3800m). We'll walk to Muktinath, a famous pilgrimage in the Himalayan region, a popular pilgrimage in the Himalayan region for both Hindus and Buddhists. along the Jhong Khola Valley.
